Tablet mode display background is white

I have the Inspiron 7790 AIO with touch screen.  When I switch to tablet mode my entire background is white.  I've tried to remedy in settings in personalization and color and change to no transparency.  I am not sure if this came from a windows update since I didn't change anything.  I am hoping it is just a simple fix and not the video card. Feedback is appreciated.
