Teredo Tunneling Adapter?
My wife has an older Inspiron 620 running Windows 7.
She all of a sudden lost the ability to connect to wireless. Device manager says Teredo Tunneling Adapter Pseudo Interface cannot start (Code 10)
I have researched online and tried the following without success:
Windows 7 troubleshooting (says connect Ethernet cable, apparently doesn't recognize this problem)
Uninstall and reboot
Restore to an earlier time
Editing the registry
I don't know if it is a hardware, software or driver problem. Any suggestions?
BTW, I detest the photo Captchas such as used on this site.

620 does not have not a miniPCIe or M.2 slot for wireless card. You are probably using a usb wireless dongle then. If so go inside device mgr and look under network adapters tab. Please describe every item in the tab or upload a screenshot. Do you see any yellow triangular sign for any device there?
it is unlikely motherboard issue if you are using a usb dongle, because it is just a usb device. Can be either dongle hardware issue or software driver problem. If you just want to get wireless working as soon as possible, it may be easier to get a Realtek dongle or one from Linksys to replace your current one.

you said you tried registry edit. Did you follow this Dell knowledge article?

if none of the fix works, I would do a clean install of Windows 7 after backing up data.
