Upgrading Inspiron 3910 to 13th-gen Raptor Lake
Now that 13th-gen processors are for sale on ebay, is it possible to upgrade the CPU on the Inspiron 3910 to 13th gen processors? Will the bios support this? If not, will there be future bios updates?

No, at least not until Dell releases BIOS patch with relevant microcode updates for those CPUs (if they will, because often they don't despite same sockets, just to make sure you're buying newer Desktop model designed and tested for specific CPU range)
In most cases if you plug unsupported (but socket-compatible CPU) - PC simply won't post, but in some rarer cases (when they don't bother updating specification/documentation after some time) newer CPUs do work (even though officially they're not listed as supported).
By the way - selling and buying ES (Engineering samples) without Intel consent technically is illegal (breaks agreement between parties) and charges may be brought against you, although it mostly affects first hand holder (whomever Intel passed this CPU to).

Has Anyone tested to install 13th gen CPU on 3910? I know it might not be supported but just want to know if it works.
