Can you please run "wmic memphysical get MaxCapacityMemoryDevices" in command prompt on your 5521 SE and post the output please?

Also is this the 240hz QHD, 3070ti version?

I'm encountering an issue with my Dell G15 5521 Special Edition. The laptop operates seamlessly when equipped with a single 32GB RAM module. However, when I expand the memory to 64GB by adding a second 32GB module, I experience sporadic freezes despite the system running significantly faster with the increased RAM.

Here are some specifics about my setup:

Initially, the laptop is stable with just one 32GB RAM stick. Upon installing a second 32GB module for a total of 64GB, the system recognizes the added memory and shows improved performance, but it intermittently freezes at random moments. BIOS is updated to version 1.22.0, sourced directly from Dell's official website. The motherboard in use is model 0HF2GR. The RAM used is Crucial DDR5 4800 SODIMM, non-ECC.
All drivers have been updated with Snappy Driver to ensure they are current. The operating system, Windows 11, has been freshly reinstalled.
