AMD Radeon HD 7670M not working on Dell Inspiron 15R 5520

i am using Dell inspiron 15R 5520(i3) model laptop.

It was windows 7 based system, recently i updated my system to windows 8.1, After updating i am not able to use Catalyst Control Center. This laptop came with with switchable graphics card. It has Intel HD 4000 graphics card and 1 GB "AMD Radeon HD 7670M" graphics card. But now i can only see a single Intel HD graphics card in Device Manager, AMD Radeon is not present. I tried to download the latest driver from Dell site, Then when i installed it, it showed the pop up that " There is no settings which can be used for CCC".

Please help me i am stuck with this issue since last
