AW610, AWCC stopped working
hello, I have Alienware mouse AW610 wireless. AWCC stopped working. Now it shows white screen with Alien logo and that`s it. I tried reinstall AWCC, repair it, reset it. Nothing works. Windows 10.
No Events found!

my mouse has no service tag, I gave them picture with my mouse and they still asking service tag. I never seen such a bad support.

hello, support is broken i provided everything robot asked but it just goes in circles. command CENTER is not working white screen with logo. how to fix this?

AWCC, not detecting AW610M mouse, everything is installed its been 3 month like that... waiting...waiting .. no fix

pc is not alien ware.. I have this mouse half a year at first it was working... but now command center not detecting it it works though
