Hi,

I have a Dell G7 7790 laptop. My Realtek(R) Audio driver updated 2 or so months ago, and ever since it did that my sound has been up.

The actual sound coming from the laptop speakers is totally fine. However, if I put in a headset or earphones, the quality is atrociously bad. It sounds like I'm listening to it through the wall of a different room.

I've tried to uninstall/reinstall the drivers but it's not fixed the problem. At this stage, I have no idea what the problem is.

Please help!
