Battery Replacement Service in Egypt - Not supported

Hello Guys

I have bought a Dell G3 3579 laptop two years ago, a couple of months ago i had issues with my battery and needs a replacement.

I tried to find an authorized dealer that can help me find a genuine battery and it was a hard month to find one.

then after finding them, I was told that we don't do battery replacement here in Egypt due to some reasons.

my battery is 35% of the original capacity and I need to change it but I can't find someone who have a genuine battery

please advice

Hope you're doing well,

I'm writing to ask you because I've the same issue, my laptop is Dell G3 3579 and the battery is only 27% of its health. So, I am trying to know how much will it cost me to replace it and I want to know a trusted place that I can go for to change my battery.

Could you please help me if you have any information?
