Bluetooth audio lag and auto brightness issues

Question

Hi, I have recently purchased Dell Inspiron 15 3515. My specs are AMD Ryzen 5 3500U 4C/8T processor, 8gb ddr4 ram, 512gb SSD with Windows 11 home. I am having Bluetooth audio lag issues and auto brightness issues. Even though I have disabled in the settings the brightness always changing. As for the Bluetooth audio there will 3-5 seconds delay between audio and video, sometimes audio will lag and sometimes video will lag while I am watching YouTube videos or other streaming services. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Bluetooth and audio drivers. Still the problem persists. I request you to solve my problem. Thanks in advance.

@AdrianG001 I uninstalled and re-installed Bluetooth and audio drivers. It seems working fine now. But for the adaptive brightness problem I disabled it in the settings, still the problem is there.

This issue is very common with many Bluetooth devices. The way I got around it is quite simple. Just turn off the Bluetooth of both your headphones and your smartphone, then, first turn on Bluetooth of your smartphone alone, and later for your headphones. Try to pair it and if it doesn’t work, then you should seek for help from the manufacturer through their service center.

I have fixed my problem by making sure bluetooth driver is updated.
