Can disable mouse wake up computer in Windows 10?

I corresponded with DELL for a whole week. Then they just closed the Dell EMC department.

Hi, we received an update from our team, and I'm sorry, there is no option to disable wake from mouse or keyboard. This is working as designed and this is due to the modern standby feature.

Hi, 

The S3 feature was supported until some part of the 20H1 release, prior to that there was a registry change that helped in keeping the S3 mode. 
All the features of the force S3 mode are disabled. This was disabled with Bios version 1.4 and above.
