Cannot find motherboard for replacement

Question

My relatives got me this laptop from the US. I stay in Nepal. This model is not available here, so the authentic distributors said they cannot get the motherboard. The issue with my motherboard is it does not read the RAM. How can I order the motherboard? How do I find the right one?
The information on the back of the motherboard is:
