Charge limiting for Inspiron 3543. Power Manager doesn't work.

As title suggests I would like to know what option do I have for limiting charge percentage to 80%.

Power Manager doesn't seem to work for my laptop. Even after installing the additional drivers it requested it displays no options that seem to available for others.

My specs: Inspiron 3543, Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-5200U CPU @ 2.20GHz, Windows 10 version 21H1 (OS build 19043.1466)
