Also, the Mods on here all have Dell in their nic names you can right-click on there name and PM them
Contact Support directly by phone for problems with a brand new computer. It has a at least a one year warranty. Don't waste time since problems should be reported immediately if you need to get a replacement.

How did you go? Were you able to resolve your complaint?
I have had issues in trying to complain

I suggest taking it to the ACCC. If they received enough complaints it may help Dell do something.
