Current Pending Sector Count and Uncorrectable Sector Count
I bought a Dell Inspiron 5770-5525 three months ago. Today I ran Crystal Disk Info and I got a yellow alert message.
Current Pending Sector Count: 18
Uncorrectable Sector Count: 18
Could this mean that my HDD might die? It's a Seagate, 1 Tb in size. Can I have it replaced based only on these two indicators, or is it too early to apply to the Dell service center, and the disk might yet work for years?

Run the extended hard drive diagnostic on the drive (F12 at powerup). If you see an error such as 2000-0142, record it along with the validation code that appears. Only if you have that information will Dell replace the drive.
Meanwhile, keep backups. You will need them - if not now, at some point.
