DCFWinService using very high power causing the fan to run on high continuously.

Inspiron 15 5570 8th gen i7, 12 Gb RAM, Windows 10.0.19042. DCFWinService using very high power causing the fan to run on high continuously and using a lot of RAM and CPU. I have uninstalled and reinstalled (the newest version) two times with the same result. If I delete this it just reloads when i restart my computer. When i end this task the computer and programs run much faster. Any suggestions?
