DELL 13-7359 Continually Shuts Down Unexpectedly – SOLVED

Associated problem: Dell Update continually wants to update IMEI driver.

Remedy: Uninstall QuickSet   (from Uninstall  programs)

All the functions of Dell QuickSet can be handled with Windows 10 settings.

Dell Update no longer tries to reinstall IMEI (Intel Management Engine Interface)

I tested many other procedures before resolving the QuickSet problem.

No they can't, there's no option to change the orientation of the volume buttons for example when you get rid of quickset.

This comment does not apply to a 13-7359 DELL laptop.

After removing QuickSet, my DELL works great. There are no ill effects to the 13-7359 volume controls, not the physical ones, nor the volume control in the Windows 10 notification area. Having removed QuickSet, I am pleased with this laptop; before the change, I was ready to toss it.

Others who have removed QuickSet have reported the same greatly improved performance. Give it a try! If you decide you want to reinstall QuickSet, just download the file and install it.
