Dell 7567 Seagate Firecuda 520 M2 SSD

The only advice is this: don't pay extra for the PCIe 4.0 speed you'll never be able to use in this system, which is PCIe 3.0.  Unless you're buying the drive with an eye toward using it in a future system that does support the faster PCIe X4 speeds, there's no benefit to choosing this drive over a less expensive PCIe 3 drive.

Which ssd do you recommend? Samsung 970 evo plus?

There is no one best choice - though I'd stick to one of the top tier suppliers (Samsung, WD, Micron/Crucial, Seagate).  There are other fairly strong players as well, but many of the smaller suppliers either have or will likely exit the market (Lite-On has sold off its SSD business, and Toshiba has spun off its business to a new entry called Kioxia) as competition intensifies.

There was once the same crowded market in hard drive suppliers, but there are only three left now - such is the nature of an industry that becomes a commodity supplier.  The same thing will happen with SSDs.
