Dell Customer Service are Liars

How to deal with Liars in Dell Customer Service? They asked for my system specifications in last week of October. They kept saying that the laptop with same specifications is not available. They don't provide any updates in the interim. 

We are already in December they sent me the details of a laptop with lower specs after making me wait for 3 months. They don't call or follow up unless you send them nasty emails -- atleast 3-4 per day.
