Dell G15 5510 Special Edition Keyboard Roll-Over Issue

So I just recently bought and just received the Dell G15 5510 Special Edition for Boxing Day which I am super jazzed about to replace the old 1050ti laptop I had.

Specs:

i7-11800H

RTX 3060

32 GB of RAM

But, having played with it for a day or two though, I noticed the roll-over of the keyboard is really odd. More specifically I played Terraria where I had to maneuver around a lot whilst simultaneously having to input an Armor Bonus command, necessitating at least 3 simultaneous button presses at once (2 Directional Movement, 1 Armor Action/Quick Heal).

I found however that whenever I held down the S, D, and X key at once, the X key won't register. So I searched online for a "What keys am I holding down" and sure enough, whenever I hold S and D, basically the entire lower row under it is locked down. 

 

Both S D and X keys are being pressed down in the image, but only two at a time registers.

 

This isn't isolated to S, D and X keys either. Holding down W, S and D keys will yet again only register two of the held-down keys. On the entire other side of the keyboard, for example, holding down J, K and M replicates this behaviour.

Initially I believed this keyboard only had a 2 Rollover (Only 2 keys can be pressed at once), but if I hold down W, A and D keys, sure enough all 3 keys registers.

 

All 3 keys are able to be held down.

 

 

 

So I don't know what the issue is. My older laptop, doing the same test, had none of these issues and could hold down at least S, D and X keys without issue despite being more than half a decade older. And when plugging in with an old USB Keyboard, it also functions without issue.

So is this by design that some clusters of keys just refuses to cooperate with each other and that the keyboard has a low 2-Key Rollover? Or is it a keyboard/motherboard defect? 

I don't know and thus far the standard resources has not helped, nor does any reviews touch on it. 

tl;dr

1. Can't hold down 3 keys or more around a similar region

2. External USB Keyboards works fine holding down 3 keys or more (Meaning Drivers isn't the culprit)
