Dell G15 5520 - Graphics Card RTX 3050 doesn't work
Hello everyone, I am having problems with my notebook where it does not recognizes the video card.
When I opened the device manager, I found that another device, within the Firmware category, called NVMe Firmware 92.21.23.01 is having problems updating and, as much as I restart the computer, it stops on the black screen with the Dell logo, but does not update. I tried formatting to see if it goes back to normal, but to no avail.
I also tried to update the graphics card driver, but it didn't work either.
Please, help!

Hi @dotJeff welcome to this free user-to-user Alienware laptop discussion forum.
Thank you for including Dell G15 5520 images in opening post.
Please connect system to internet by ethernet cable, delete both drivers with yellow triangle, then Restart (not Shut Down) to save change. When system restarts, windows will install new drivers from internet.
The NVMe Firmware 92.21.23.01 firmware update should disappear and the discrete GPU function should be reinstated.
If permanently stuck on Alienware logo splash screen, press and hold down F12 key to enter boot menu. Use Up and Down keys to find Diagnostics and press Enter key to run ePSA Diagnostics. How to Run Dell ePSA | Dell SupportAssist On-board Diagnostics (Official Dell Tech Support) - YouTube, or ePSA Pre-boot System Assessment Dell (Official Dell Tech Support) - UPDATED - YouTube.

Hi @crimsom , thank you for your response.
I tried to follow these steps and, after restarting, i downloaded the latest version of nvidia drivers and installed them, but it still doesnt recognize the discrete GPU.
Tried to enter boot menu wi F12 key, but screen froze on Dell logo splash screen. i can still enter boot from F2 key.
Also, i cant open the nvidia control panel.
