Dell G15 5525 starting issue

Please create windows Battery Report. How to check battery health on Windows 11 | Windows Central.  

From your opening post description, it seems that BIOS version 1.4.3 did not install correctly. Please install Dell G15 5525 System BIOS | Driver Details | Dell US again. Remember to download BIOS update file onto your system, verify file checksum value and then install again. Never try to install BIOS update over the internet or use SupportAssist. You cannot downgrade the BIOS to version 1.4.0 or earlier due to downgrade restrictions. 

Tengo el mismo problema con el modelo Dell g15 5525, lo he publicado en diferentes foros y en esta comunidad y el problema aún no está resuelto, siempre salen con la misma respuesta automática. Hace algún tiempo salió la versión defectuosa de la BIOS 1.4.3 y todavía nada, todavía está comenzando lentamente
