Dell G3 3590 overheating. Solved

This post just to inform other people and to team DELL

This is NEW Dell G3 3590 with 1660ti 

CPU temp. On start Windows. You can see 50% throttling and 100°C cpu. This is only idle Windows state.

After disasembling laptop i has been shocked. You can see the sticker without a cutout for the processor. And thermal grease applied directly to it
