Dell G3 faulty keyboard
Hi
I have had my G3 3779 for over a year with no problems, but a few days ago some key of my laptop keyboard are not working anymore. These include esc, F3, backspace, t, y, up, / 0, and others. I can still use these keys with the on-screen keyboard or an external one. These keys also do not work in the bios.
Any help would be appreciated.

I am having the same problem.
Keys not working intermittently: op[-09 backspace /.
I`ve already reinstalled driver, disabled filter keys and reinstalled the last bios version
What is happening?
I am using external usb keyboard to continue using the computer, but that is not a solution.
My notebook is G3-3500-A40P
