Dell G5 15 5590 (RTX 2060 Variant) Under Performance
Hello Everyone!
Recently, this past Black Friday, I bought a Dell G5 15 5590 laptop, specs being an RTX 2060, and an i7 - 9750h. But, the laptop appears to be massively underperforming in the games I run. From seeing past benchmarks on videos and such, I should be getting around 275 - 300 frames on games such as Overwatch, and around 240 - 270 frames on Fortnite. However, even with the graphics set to the lowest possible settings on Overwatch ( 720p, 50% Render Scale, and Graphic Preset Low ), I get around 160 frames in-game. I realized that the GPU usage might be an issue, so I attempted pushing the graphics to 1080p, and 100% Render Scale. My GPU usage sits at around 99% in-game, and I only appear to be getting around 60 - 75 frames when I'm in a match. Even an older graphics card that my friend owns ( Being a GTX 1050 ), gets higher frames than my own. This isn't just the issue for this one game, this happens on every other game I play. I've already checked to see if I'm running on Intel Graphics, but that does not appear to be the case. I've already tried every possible solution, and I've come to the conclusion that the Laptop might be defective. However, before I attempt to return it, I would like to get some opinions online from others who might've had the same issue as me, and hope I can get this fixed

Hi, I have the same problem. I think this is because there are two graphic cards, and the one working is not the RTX 2060. I can see the 2060 into the device manager, it says that is working properly, but the only running card is the Intel UHD Graphics 630. I did not found any solution for this. I did not bought this laptop with the 2060 card to run on the 630 one.
