Dell G5 5500 bios update
So there's a critical Bios update but it wont let me select the box to install. Any idea how to get it to let me update? I'd add a screen shot but no idea how It has a warning about bitlocker being suspended but wont let me select OK to download and install

Manually download the update and then apply it.

Hi!
Type 'device Encryption' in the search bar and hot the 'Enter' key.
Turn that off. It would take some time.
After that restart the system, and perform BIOS update.
Keep the charger connected.

Hi!
Were you able to update the BIOS after turning off the 'Device Encryption'? Is there anything else, I may assist you with?
