Dell G7 15 7588 Overheating?

Hello, I experienced currently in my Dell Laptop GPU Temperature reaches 55-70 degree Celsius while playing. Is it normal to gaming laptop? The side where battery installed is really hot when I touched. One more question, when you power On the laptop, is it the fan kicks off at first right?

Hi kje999,

Thanks for posting.  Apologies if your system is not performing as expected.

The temperature levels you've described is within normal limits.

Which game are you playing?  If it's graphics or processor intensive, it may reach even higher temps.  There are several articles about this on the internet.  Here is some information from the Dell Knowledge base you may find helpful:

How to troubleshoot a Overheating, Shutdown or Thermal issue on a Dell PC
