Dell G7 17 7790 AWCC issues

Question

I have a brand new Dell G7 17 7790 and the Civ issue is the same for me.

I am also no longer able to select 'Rainbow Wave' as an option in the lighting settings... i've too removed the Alienware Command Centre software and re-installed it to no avail.

What version of AWCC did you reinstall?

Did you try to repair the AWCC? If not, follow the steps below to repair.

* Click Start- Control Panel- Programs and Features- Alienware Command Center
* Click Uninstall
* Click Repair
* Click Next
* Click Finish
* Restart the computer

It resolved the rainbow wave issue, but not the ongoing issue with the keyboard lights flashing when playing Civilization 6.
