Dell Inspiron 14R N4010

I upgraded Dell Inspiron 14R N4010 from Windows 7 Home Basic to Windows 10. Everything is working fine except Bluetooth issue as under:

  • Bluetooth is successfully installed.
  • Bluetooth Logitech Mouse is working fine.
  • Bluetooth HP Printer is working fine.
  • Bluetooth Speaker is appearing in Device Manager.
  • Bluetooth Speaker is shown in Devices & Printer.

The only problem is that while connecting it is not connected and error message is displayed. The Speaker is not in Play Back Audio Devices. Can anyone help please.

That is probably the best you can expect. The computer has to boot up completely before recognizing bluetooth and external speakers. You have a 10 yr old laptop. There are no win 10 drivers for it. It's amazing win 10 works at all. It will not run all the features of windows 10. There will be more error messages as you use windows 10.
