Dell Inspiron 15 5000 auto shutdown randomly

I purchased DELL Inspiron 15 5000 (5583, i7 8565U 8 GB 256GB MX 130 4 GB) months ago. I install a 2.5 SSD MX500 2 TB. At first 2 days, i used it, everything seems normal. And then it starts to turn off suddenly. It always happen randomly. Sometimes 20 mins, sometimes after 10 mins.

I have called dell service center and did all the checking they ask (system, temperature check, and all the things).

We come to a solution that they have to change the battery and motherboard. After they changed it, it still happen. I did report to them again, and they come with the same solution which is change the battery, charger, and motherboard. Unfortunately the problem is still existing, and I can not use my laptop since I bought it in Oct 2019.

Is there any solution on this? Or this is because the SSD is not compatible with the laptop? I have checked in Crucial website and they state that this product is compatible with my Dell laptop. Waiting for any solution, thank you!
