Dell Inspiron 15 5570 Bios update problem

My system:
Dell Insprion 15 5570
i7 8550u
8 GB DDR4 (Single Channel)
OS Drive: M.2 Nvme Sabrent 1 TB SSD.

Recently I updated my Dell Insprion 15 5570 BIOS from 1.2.3 to 1.2.5. The BIOS updated and displayed as a "Successful update". Once the the laptop restarted I realized that it doesn't boot up at all. It starts up, but doesn't display anything. I heard the fan ramping up and down. I let the laptop do it's thing just in case turning it off would mess up the BIOS update and brick the laptop.

After about 30 minutes, there was no difference. So I followed up with a CMOS clear by removing the Battery and the Coin cell battery both, and holding the power button for 60 seconds to get rid of any residual current. Started up the laptop and there was no difference. So I tried leaving it for a few hours without the two batteries. Yet there was no difference. I even tried using the CTRL+ESC BIOS recovery method. So the next thing I followed up was reseating the memory, but at this point I figured out, nothing seems to be working at all. The laptop was clearly in some sort of confusion.
I followed up by checking different connections, by reconnecting them in case one of them may be causing a short. But it didn't seem to work still.

After many hours of trial and error, I came to the point where I disconnected every connection the mainboard itself. Touchpad, Keyboard, M.2 SSD, SATA Drive, CD Drive, WIFI Card and IO connection. Once I disconnected everything, I powered on the laptop and finally the Dell logo appeared followed by a support assist and a warning "No Hard Drive." So this was a good sign the laptop was working. I was able to go to the BIOS and see that it had updated to the version 1.2.5. So I turned off the laptop, plugged in my M.2 SSD drive and the rest of the connections and noticed that once again it was not starting up.

So at this point I figured out it was definitely a connections to the mainboard causing the issue. So I tried different combinations and finally found that once my PCIE connections such as the WIFI card and M.2 SSD are fixed, the laptop runs in to the issue where it doesn't start up. So I used a SATA SSD I had with Windows installed, and plugged in just the SATA SSD without the WIFI card and M.2 to realize the laptop works just fine. I noticed that even when I plugged in the touchpad and internal keyboard the issue occurs. So right now I've been using a external keyboard and mouse.

So the issues seems to be that after the BIOS 1.2.5 update, I can't seem to use any PCIE connections. Right now I'm running windows on a SATA drive, external keyboard, mouse and USB Wifi dongle.

Can I please have some sort of BIOS fix for this? Because I can't even downgrade my BIOS since it included a Intel security update too.
