1. Identify your Dell:

2. Go into your BIOS.

Power-on the system and start tapping the F2 key to enter System Setup.

3. In Windows:

Hold down the” Windows “key and tap the “R “key.

Then type msinfo32 and hit enter.

My laptop is exactly the same and I have the same question

I've typed windows + R and it came up with:
System model: Inspiron 15-3565
AMD A6-9200 Radeon R4 5 COMPUTE CORES 2C+3G 4GB RAM

I think is the only extra information on top of Dell Inspiron 15 series 45173/sdppi/2016
