Dell Inspiron 16 2 in 1 Heating Issue

I bought this model last year since then I'm having a bit confused review about its heating. I wanted to ask other users of the same model does your laptop heats too even on normal use? especially on the top right side of the keyboard? I am having this issue since the start and heating is sometimes annoying considering the type of normal use I'm having with it. Morover I had erratic touchpad issue as well for which I have initiated a service request for the part. Kindly reply all this model users about its heating review and possible solution

You can press the power button for five seconds, (called a hard shutdown). Then reflash the BIOS–doing this will reset your machine. This technique should avert your Dell laptop from overheating. There are also a few other workarounds you can do to get it back to normal operations.

Oh dear, why I didn't read this before. I just bought the same laptop and yes it has big heating issues.. Just in idle it didn't cool down below 50°C and the fans are like an Airbus.. What a shame, i will return it back.
