Dell Inspiron 5570 LCD Failure
I haven't found anything to help me at all. Last night my laptop just dimmed so dark i could barely see anything and when i restarted it and checked this morning, it was a complete black screen. The keyboard still lights up and looks on, the screen is just dead. I googled the blink codes, since mine is 2 orange and 7 white. The blink code manual i found said it means an LCD Failure. I cant get official tech support because my laptop came without a service tag and I had to do lots of googling to figure out which laptop I have. Any help?

The other possibility -- and given the description, the one I suspect more likely -- is that it's a mainboard failure rather than a screen failure.
If the screen suddenly went black, and displays no image at all, the more likely cause is a bad system board.
See if you can get a screen diagnostic to run -- hold D through powerup. With a bright flashlight, see if you can see any of the crosshatch patterns on the display. If you can, chances are the issue is a bad mainboard, not a bad screen.

That blink code is indeed a bad LCD screen. The replacements can be found here.

So i just checked and it turns out I have a 5502, somehow i misread that. I also found water ot condensation behind the screen and im assuming thats what messed it up? Would The LCD Failure still apply to the 5502?

Could very well be, but it could also be that water intrusion shorted out not only the screen but also the system board.
The only way to tell is to start replacing parts.
