Dell Inspiron 7567 SSD Replacement

Hi I have a Dell Inspiron 7567 with 16gb Ram, i7-7700HQ CPU and GGTX 1050Ti, and 106gb ssd. I want to upgrade the SSD and found the ADATA XPG SX8200 Pro 512GB M.2 Gaming Solid State Drive (SSD). It has very nice reviews and high write and read rate.

It has as M.2 Rapid PCIe Gen3x4 Interface. Will it work?

Thanks!

A PCIe M.2 SSD will work but I cannot advise regarding the specific card.

If you get a new card, are you familiar with the situation of the SATA controller being set to RAID when using a PCIe NVMe drive?

What do you mean? I don't understand. I was gonna use a software to transfer my current data to my current HDD and then transfer back to the new SSD
