Dell Inspiron 7591 Battery Issues

Get that Battery out of your computer to prevent further Damage, see if removing battery heals rest of the parts or not.  

The replaced part(battery ) gets coverage for additional 90 days (here in USA) . 

However you should contact Dell and escalate the matter. 

My warranty is out of date, will this battery be fixed or I will pay for it ?

Yes it will be. However dell branded battery will cost more. 

So call dell out of warranty team in your country and seek Quote for battery. Its a simple installation and you can  do it by your self. at the same time you can also check quotes for OEM battery. 

However your concern is bigger as we are not sure the damage this current swell has done. Remove that battery and see if any plastic parts, still show signs of misallignment

If you paid for a battery replacement from Dell, the replacement battery has a 1-year warranty.

Only if the battery was a warranty replacement will the warranty be expired (it's 90 days on a repair or the remainder of the original warranty, whichever is longer).

Thank you for your answer, in my opinion, I think that this  7591 model have problem with temperature which is affected to the battery. Because this battery is new about 6 months from the latest changed. I think because I play fps game and the temperature is overheated.

Moreover, I have a question that I usually plug in AC power during I use this laptop for the best performance. Will it be a reason for bugling battery. Some website said that battery nowadays is more modern so the plug in during using is normal. However some said that is not normal, it is dangerous.

I was changed laptop battery freely by Dell and I dont pay for it, they also change the hinge for me also, So my question here is this battery just have 90 days warranty or 1-year like your answer even when my laptop is out of day warranty ?

If you paid for Battery: 1 year

If the battery was replaced under warranty - 90 days or remaining warranty of battery whichever is higher. 

In either case if the computer is in warranty, I would suggest you contact dell once and escalate the matter. As swell may have damaged other components, Dell may help. 

Yes thank you for your suggestion, my warranty is out of day and my city is in social distancing so it is very hard to contact Dell

Than get the swelled battery out of the computer and use the machine on charger until you get to contact Dell or local repair shop

Yeah, I plan to do the same. However, I fail to try to open the laptop my tool is not strong enough to open the screws, why they are so hard to twist out
