Dell Latitude XT Tablet PC

Hello There.....I recently purchased a Hard drive for Dell Latitude AT from eBay and I guess it's completely blank......How can I now install Windows on it? Can I know the compatability of Windows on XT ...I guess uptill Windows 7 64 bit because Dell has drivers for it on its website .Are those drivers enough or are there any more because Windows Vista has like 54 drivers and Windows 7 64 bit has only 16 drivers ..Or Maybe Windows 7 drivers were packed up...I am really confused about the drivers and correct  version to install and how to install....Can I please get some help..
