Dell Support Assist will not install after memory upgrade

I recently installed 32Gb RAM. Since then I could not run Support Assist. I uninstalled Support assist and downloaded the latest version. The downloaded version gave a message that My Computer is not a Dell Inspiron 5570!!

Any ideas? The computer is just over 2 years old
