Dell has been lying all day!

Numerous reps have been lying all day. Even the fraud department has been dishonest. I will be posting the transcripts soon if I don’t hear something to satisfy me. I was even told by a rep that my order was shipped when obviously it was not. I mean the fraud department is being a fraud. Dell you need to fix this. My laptop was to be delivered yesterday and then I was promised numerous times it would be delivered tomorrow. Still hasn’t been verified after the verification department reordered my laptop 7 hours ago! Beyond mad with all the lies and they still have a hold on my money! Transcripts coming soon. These will interesting to show any consumer advocate group
