Dell wm126 not working properly
I bought my wireless mouse 5 months ago and since 2 days it is not working properly. Basically it is lagging and when I move the mouse again then it is reflecting. I tried this mouse on other devises also but same problem is happening there. Please help me what to do now

Replace the battery in the mouse. See if this fixes it.

I have kind off the same issue. Mine is having inconsistent issues with scrolling (on websites or on any document: pdf, word, exel). The scrolling is going up and down. I put a new battery in, same problem. It worked for a while even with used battery, and all of a sudden is going crazy again. Checked my settings, set the speed low, scroll 1 line, enabled smooth scrolling on websites, still not working. The driver for this mouse is from 2006 (it said is working perfectly), provided by Microsoft, I use Win 10, and the mouse is new from 2020. Is there a problem with the driver? Does Dell has a driver for this mouse? Is there a glitch somewhere that could affect the mouse working properly?
