Does basic warranty cover power surge?
My Dell G15 5510 CPU got shorted by a power surge. I have a 1 year basic warranty. Does it cover motherboard replacement?

Unfortunately Dell is right. Your warranty does not cover a power surge. I think you have to pay extra for a warranty that does do that.
