File explorer not responding and local disk D dissappear after update 2021-05 cummulative update for Windows 10 Version 20H2 (KB
As the title, my laptop is Dell G7 15 and yesterday I updated my laptop to 2021-05 cummulative update for Windows 10 Version 20H2 (KB5003173). It took me around 4 hours to complete this update. However, when I updated it to use my laptop, I found some problems.
1. When I open file explorer, it shows not responding and I can't found the option for th disk D. Software installed on disk C still works, such as Chrome, microsoft office or other software, but the file I saved on disk D can no longer be opened.
2. I try download somethign from website, when I select the file where I want put, it shows not responding.
3. When I reboot my laptop, the loading screen appears to "scaning and repairing my disk," but it's only a split second. But it takes longer to boot than it did before I upgraded
4. When I right-click refresh, my laptop freezes and things on my desktop disappear for a few seconds. This never happened before I leveled up
