G3 3500 BIOS 1.16 Fail
I've got a G3 3500. Recently the keyboard backlight stopped working.
On of the steps to fix it is update the BIOS. I've gone on Dell.com/support to update the BIOS to v 1.16, but every time I complete the update and restart, dell.com/support tells me, once again, that I need to update the BIOS. It seems the BIOS update is not functioning and therefore my keyobard light won't function. The keyboard light is the only issue I'm having that I'm aware of.
