G3 3590 Undervolting Issue

Good day. After a thoughtless BIOS update, the ability to change the voltage of the CPU disappeared. I am aware that this is due to the Plundervolt vulnerability and this is not my only problem. When you try to roll back to the previous BIOS, Intel ME gives an error 0x000001F3. Is there a possibility of forced BIOS flashing, or should we come to terms with this?Dell G3 3590i5 9300HBIOS: 1.8.0 and 1.9.2
