G3 3590 standby mode
For the past two days, my G3 goes into standby mode within 5 minutes when plugged in (I have timed it). It is set to go into this mode "never". Then, after 2 minutes, it goes closes out and I have to re-sign in. I have updated everything (bios, drivers, windows 10, etc)... I ran diagnostics... no problem. Ran anti-virus and malwarebytes...again, nothing.
I spoke w/ Dell yesterday and they couldn't come up with a solution, although all areas weren't explored (ie.. screen saver).
This is a recent problem. When did I not have it? I can safely state that it didn't happen on Monday, Feb. 17 (2020). I went out of town for a week, without the computer, and came back on Sunday, Feb 23...it was the following day that I noticed the issue.
What can I do? HELP

The "2 minutes then closes out" sounds like an essential Windows process is being terminated unexpectedly. Are you getting any warnings that you will be signed out after 2 minutes? Can you check Event Viewer > Windows Logs for any errors, if possible?
You can also try a System Restore, assuming that you have a restore point available prior to the issue. Try performing it outside your Windows Session to avoid any interruptions. (Hold down shift while clicking restart on the start menu, click troubleshoot, then advanced and select system restore).
