Inspiron 7373 2-in-1, getting frustrated

My laptop has been in the shop twice. It is now 2 years/8 months old. They replaced the hard drive once and the RAM. At their suggestion I’ve replaced the battery. It still does not work. When I try to start the unit I hear the fan and the keyboard lights up, but all I get is a black screen. Today it’s headed back for the third time. What does it take to get Dell to admit this unit is a lemon and replace it? This is beyond ridiculous.

Welcome to the Dell Community  @Gmgoss

To better assist you, the members and I would need the exact model number of your laptop?

Identify your Dell:

Best regards,

PLEASE DO NOT POST ANY SERVICE TAGS!!!

NOTE:

Try holding down the " D " key and power-on.

@Gmgoss

Remove the Base Cover.

Disconnect the Main Battery and Coin-Cell battery.

Then try to power-on.

I have the same issue and tried a lot of things, I do think we should go to social media to convince Dell to admit this really ridicules issue and do something about it
