It could be anything from a configuration you changed to a drive that has failed. Start with the Dell diagnostics (F12 at powerup).Report back:
The full system model and operating system and version,
Any errors by number (2000-0142, 2000-0155, etc.).

When diagnostic ended it says this
and when i press ok all starts over and over again
And i dont know what exactly i need tell you so am just gona give u picture

You really need to run the diagnostics outside of Windows and record the resulting errors and validation code. Chances are the SSD has failed, but since the system is under warranty, you should call Dell to have the drive replaced under warranty.
