How to disable TPM 2.0 check before booting

Hello everyone, I have my laptop (Inspiron 3593). It had TPM 2.0. One day it broke and I went to the repair shop. After that, it boots very slowly and says that I don't have TPM. Is there any way to disable TPM checking?

Are you running Windows 11? If so and want to have TPM available then access the BIOS, F2 at Boot, and check whether TPM (it may be PTT) has been disabled. If the shop updated the BIOS and/or replaced the MB then that may be the problem.

The only thing you might be able to do is set it so only TPM 1.2 is required. The link below may give you some guidance.

Hello, I am running win11. But, there isn't anything in bios. Also, in tpm.msc it says that there's no tpm module

As @JOcean mentioned, if the system does not have a physical device, it uses something known as PTT. You need to search your Bios for that and enable it.

In the Device Manager, it usually shows up as a Security device.

There does appear to be a fairly recent Bios update for your system.

Hello, I just checked BIOS and there's no PPT. My bios version is 1.24.0

On my much older system, it is in the Security section and shows as PTT Security. Since is it a software version, it should work if all the chipset drivers and others are installed.

I am not aware of any rules related to TPM compatibility as to country of origin. There may be some countries which do not allow its use.
