How to replace key on keyboard

Hello. I am posting for my friend. He has a Inspiron 15 7000. From the service tag, I found out he has the 7568 version. It has backlit keys. He seems to have somehow broken off his up arrow key. I wanted to ask if it is replaceable. I researched and found some websites seeming to sell replacement keys. Here they are.

The problem is that they both seem to not explain which hinge type it should have. They also don't offer the same hinge types. One has a DC175 and DC 193 hinge while the other has DC, 15, 52, and 53. Their photos also don't seem to match. Here are some photos of the empty key.564350355.jpg564350381.jpg564352630.jpg

What hinge type should the up arrow on this laptop be? Also, where would be the best place to purchase the key? Doe anybody have any experience with those two websites? Also, what is the best method of placing it in? Any help would be appreciated.
