I need help with a wierd screen bug/glitch
Hello all, I have a weird issue with my laptop's display. The very top of any window that I open appears below the taskbar. It is a very thin line, about 1mm.
Here is a video showing my issue. You can see me switching tabs and moving my cursor all the way at the top of the screen. If you look below the taskbar you will see the tip of my cursor moving back and forth and also the tabs getting highlighted as I switch between them.
I noticed that the issue tends to happen after I watch a video in fullscreen. It doesn't happen every time only some times. The only way to fix it is to put my laptop to sleep and wake it up. Even then, it is only a temporary fix until it happens again. I already made sure to update any relevant drivers. Anyone know what this is or what I should try next?
I have a Inspiron 15 7567 using windows 10.

Ok I just realized that the video I posted in the OP doesn't actually show my issue. In fact, every screen recording and screenshot that I make looks completely normal. None of them can capture what I am trying to describe. So I recorded a video with my phone that clearly shows my problem. https://imgur.com/2eZWYiG
