Hi Team, I have purchased Dell Vostro 5401 on 01/09/2020 using ICICI credit card as per offer 10% cashback will be received however I haven't yet received cashback its 6 months now from purchase date. Also there is no mail communication on the cashback. I raised 2 Service request but no reply on that also. please send some communication, why there is delay.
